Company and LLP compliance with ROC

Frequently asked questions
When are AOC-4 and MGT-7 due?
AOC-4 is due within 30 days of the AGM and MGT-7 within 60 days of the AGM.
Do dormant companies need to file?
Yes. Annual filings are required even when there is no business activity, unless the company has obtained dormant status or is struck off.
What happens if filings are missed for years?
Late fees build up for each form, and directors of companies that do not file for three years can be disqualified.
